- You must have a permit/Permanent residence to be in the republic
- You must be able to declare all the necessary information required
- You must have a work permit to operate and earn income in the republic
- You have been in the republic for 6 years or more
- You have no criminal record locally or in your home country
- You understand that ID holders would be given priority
- You might be vetted by local authorities before accreditation
